What it is:

Dog-proof yard (so long as they can not jump a 0.9m / 3 foot fence – dogs on lead at all times outside of the yard)
Off grid (powered by the sun)
Composting toilet (no flush, no smell)
All weather vehicle access (parking available beside your accommodation)
Air conditioned (split system)

Cooking – microwave & BBQ (no oven or cook-top)
