Due to our limited availability our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

With 3 (72 hours) or more days notice you can reschedule free of charge. You will receive a full value credit. (no refunds, sorry) This can be used later at the checkout (in the Voucher Code section) when you rebook on your desired day and time.

With 3 days (72 hours) or less notice, there is no credit or refund available. All fees will be forfeited. 

All of our bookings are made in advance, so the sooner you reschedule your booking, the sooner we will be able to help you rebook. Keeping in mind that we can be fully booked several weeks in advance.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please reply to your booking confirmation email.
